Grenada catamaran charter - Suggested itinerary

caraibi3Grenada boasts unspoiled nature and offers diverse scenery, ranging from tropical forests to coral reefs to deserted beaches. Everywhere people are hospitable, smiling and always ready to party. From here we start heading north to discover the Grenadines, 125 islands, islets and atolls of which only 7 are inhabited. Discover these beautiful places onboard a crewed catamaran, this is a suggested itinerary for a Grenada catamaran charter:

Day 1 - Sail from Grenada to Carriacou. Once at Tyrrel Bay, anchor among the local fishing boats and enjoy a stroll followed by a drink ashore at one of the many rum shops or delightful restaurants.

Day 2 - Have a breakfast stop at Sandy Island, a beautiful stretch of white sand with no more than half a dozen palm trees. After breakfast and snorkeling, sail over to Union Island. Continue North for a short distance and drop anchor at delightful Salt Whistle Bay on Mayreau for the night.

Day 3 - After breakfast at Salt Whistle Bay, take a short stroll up the hill into the charming interior and village area. See the breathtaking views out across the Tobago Cays and Atlantic beyond from the rear of the church. Take a short sail to the Tobago Cays and spend the day snorkeling the reef, swimming with turtles and exploring by dinghy, or just stay on board and marvel at the natural unspoiled beauty of the cays. For dinner, barbecue under the stars at the invitation of the locals who will serve lobster on the beach.

Day 4 - Sail back to Clifton for check out, and then head for the west side of Union Island, where you’ll find Chatham Bay, which is a beautiful deserted bay surrounded by hills. A beach barbecue  will make the night unforgettable.

Day 5 - 6 - 7 Either relax for an extra night at tranquil Petit Martinique after a swim at the iconic deserted sandy island of Morpion or, if it’s the last full day, sail back to St George’s. Make a stopover for snorkeling at the stunning underwater sculpture park in Grand Mal Bay, just minutes north of the capital.

Day 8 - Departure day
