Terms & Conditions
There are different types of yacht charter contracts that determine the terms and conditions of payment.
Below is a summary of the main types of contracts used depending on whether the yachts make cruises in the Western Mediterranean, Eastern Mediterranean or Caribbean area.
- MYBA Terms (MYBA The Worldwide Yachting Association). The cost of the Charter includes yacht charter, salary and crew meals, boat laundry and insurance. Other current expenses, such as: fuel for main engines, generators, equipment and water sports, moorings, port fees, meals, beverages and alcohol, communication fees, tips, local taxes, etc., are considered additional costs and are borne by the Charterer. For these contracts it is expected that the customer in addition to the freight pays an APA
- GT (Greek Terms) The cost of the Charter includes everything including mooring fees in Greek ports, water and boat laundry, but excludes: fuel, meals, local taxes and telephone communications, all expenses made in Turkish waters, and navigation fees for crossing the Corinth Canal (if any).
Currently, these terms have been supplanted in many cases by the MYBA Terms. - CT (Caribbean Terms) The cost of the Charter generally includes meals and fuel but excludes alcoholic beverages, local and mooring taxes and telephone communications. These are the responsibility of the Charterer.

At the end of the charter, the Captain will produce full accounts of all expenditure. You will either be refunded any money not used or asked to pay any additional costs not covered by the APA.
